Please note that we currently only ship within the United States.
After your order is processed, in-stock products will be shipped within 2 days. You will receive a notification through e-mail that will include your order number and details.
Please note that we only process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. The orders received during the weekend or during a public holiday will be processed in the following working day.
- USPS Priority Mail [1-3 days]: $7
- USPS Express Priority Mail [next day]: $25
Returns & Exchanges:
This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to the items purchased through our Website, at www.cbbcollection.com.
All the products purchased from CBB Collection are eligible for an exchange or a full refund. They can be returned/exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any item you return must be new, with the labels and tags still attached, undamaged, in an unused condition and in the original packaging. CBB Collection reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the product is not in its original condition and, in such cases, the item(s) will be shipped back to the customer.
Please note that the customers are responsible for all return/exchange shipping fees, including the original shipping cost of the order, which is non refundable; unless you received a damaged or incorrect item.
To return/exchange an item, please contact us at email@example.com and mention the reason for return/exchange before returning the item/s. If we receive the item(s) you purchased without prior notice, the parcel will be returned to you. Any item you return must be accompanied by the order invoice and return/exchange form.
All refunds or exchanges will be processed within 10 days after receiving the returned product/s. Once your request has been processed, you will receive a notification through e-mail.
If the exchange product you request is no longer available, we will give you a full refund. Your refund will be issued only via the method of payment used when making the purchase. Please allow up to 10 working days for the payment to be credited to your account.
